What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it. Please make sure all of your contact information is updated in your PayPal account to assure the purchase goes to the correct location.

Is my payment info secure?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Shipping
Orders are usually shipped out same-day if order is placed before noon, otherwise within 1-3 business days after placing order. Standard shipping is through USPS and orders ship Monday - Friday. You however, might receive orders on Saturday pending your local USPS.

Exchanges/Returns
Return/Exchange Policy: Purchased items are determined Un-returnable if worn and washed or have sustained damage by the customer. Items must be returned with tags attached. If you need to return or exchange a part or all of your purchase from rockEVERYwear, you may return or exchange the item(s) within 14 days of the purchase. Be sure to contact rockEVERYwear via [email protected] to get a RETURN/EXCHANGE form and return the item(s) you wish to return or exchange to the return rockEVERYwear address. Include your receipt, a note describing the problem, your contact info, and the method of exchange. For your contact info, include your name, address, phone # and e-mail. This information will allow us to contact you, if necessary regarding the return. Your returned item(s) may be exchanged for an exchange and/or refund. You will need to include $2.00 USD per item for items that are exchanged.

Custom Orders:
All custom orders are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited too: custom order apparel, hats, bags, pillows and more. If there is an error in the process of your order we will fix it but no refunds will be made. ALL artwork for custom orders must be submitted in Ai or Ps file format unless otherwise noted. It is your responsibility to make sure everything in your file is correct prior to placing your order and that the proof we send a picture of is correct. Any acceptance of the proof is finalized and no changes can or will be made. At that point you are fully responsible for the item and its completion and at this time no exchanges can be made. Turn around time on custom orders is 7-12 days. Any order requiring a quicker turn around time is subject to a rush fee. Other fees may apply.

Care Instructions:
Please wash our shirts inside out in cold water. Hang Dry is Recommended. Shirts may shrink a little due to they are 100% Cotton Construction.
DO NOT IRON DIRECTLY ON THE GRAPHIC! IRON INSIDE OUT.
