Save All The Dogs - Unisex Crew

At Rockeverywear we are very big advocates for rescuing pets from shelters and not buying from pet stores. Spay and Neutering your pets is very important to try and help the over population issue currently at hand with domestic animals.

From the ASPCA Website:

• Approximately 6.5 million companion animals enter U.S. animal shelters nationwide every year. Of those, approximately 3.3 million are dogs.

• Each year, approximately 1.5 million shelter animals are euthanized.

Shelters can only do so much. They can only hold animals for so long. Private rescues try their best to pull animals when necessary. But we all need to come together and make sure we educate ourselves on the process and put a stop to buying from pet stores. The price is higher. The health of the animals tends to not be great as they come from puppy mills most often. And quite frankly, you can go to your local shelter and bring a dog home who’s life you are literally saving. There are breed specific rescues that you can research if you want a specific type of dog.

Educate. Adopt. Don’t Shop.
